Create
Choose the category that best matches the final goal of your fundraising.
Currently, you can select one of these categories: Birthday, Farewell & Retirement, Wedding & Union, Birth & Baptism, Funeral, Event, Association & Mutual Aid, Entrepreneurship, Other Joint Expenses, Other Charitable Project.
Personalize
To ensure active and engaged participation, personalize your fundraising in the best possible way. Choose a captivating title and description, and if you wish, set a financial goal (which can be exceeded), set an informative deadline, and add an image or video to present it.
Depending on your privacy preferences, you can disclose the name of the beneficiary, make the Pot public or private, share the names of contributors and their respective amounts. You can even include a personalized thank-you message that your generous donors will receive after their contribution.
Register
Your Pot is ready. All you have to do is create your account to publish it. At Happy Pot, we like to keep things simple. Simply enter your first name, surname, date of birth and e-mail address. Choose a password and you're done - your Pot is online and accessible!
Invite
The success of your Pot depends on everyone's participation. Share it with all your contacts by e-mail, WhatsApp or on social networks. You can also copy the link and share it on any medium you see fit.
Participate
Your generous contributors can support the Pot using their credit card, Twint or by making a bank transfer. You can track its progress and easily modify details such as financial goal, description or deadline from your account. At Happy Pot, we're flexible and attentive to your needs.
Use your funds
Congratulations, your fundraiser has been a success! Once your identity has been verified, choose how you’d like to use the funds raised:
Voucher: no commission
Receive 100 per cent of your fundraiser total as a voucher, redeemable at over 80 Swiss retailers.
Bank transfer: 4.5 per cent commission
Receive the funds directly into your bank account, after a 4.5 per cent commission has been deducted.
