Contribute in seconds by card, TWINT in Switzerland, or bank transfer. Collections can be created in CHF, EUR, USD or GBP. All contributions are credited in the collection's currency. If you pay with a card in a different currency, the conversion is handled by your bank or card issuer.
Accepted payment methods
To contribute to a collection, you can use:
- Card: Visa, Mastercard, and other compatible cards
- TWINT: in seconds, directly from your app
- Bank transfer: free of charge, via QR code in Switzerland or bank details

Card
Pay securely with your Visa, Mastercard or other compatible card. Your payment is processed instantly by our payment partner; your banking details never pass through Happy Pot.

TWINT
Contribute in seconds directly from your TWINT app by scanning the QR code displayed on Happy Pot.
TWINT is available for Switzerland-based users only.

Bank transfer
Bank transfer is our fee-free payment method. In Switzerland, scan the QR code from your e-banking app or use the bank details provided. From abroad, use the bank details shown on the collection page.
Important: Bank transfers are not instant. Your contribution appears on the collection only once the funds have been received in our account. Timing therefore depends on your bank's processing time.
Applicable fees: bank transfer is free of charge.
Transfer times
You can request a transfer at any time, without closing your collection.
You can withdraw all or part of the funds collected while keeping your collection active to continue receiving contributions. Funds are then transferred by bank transfer to the account of your choice:
- Processing time: within 1 to 5 business days
- Transfer: directly to your bank account
- Minimum amount: 1 unit of the collection's currency
- Full transparency: no hidden fees, our pricing is available at any time on our pricing page
