Payment security
Payments on Happy Pot are processed securely by our partner, a world leader in online payments. Your banking details never pass through Happy Pot, they are handled exclusively by our payment partner, in strict compliance with PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard).
Whether you pay by card or TWINT, every transaction benefits from advanced security protocols. You can contribute to a collection with complete peace of mind, knowing your financial information is never exposed.
Regulatory framework
Happy Pot is a Swiss company, subject to current Swiss regulations. We operate in full compliance with our legal obligations, particularly regarding fund management, transparency and user protection.
We maintain a clear, accessible privacy policy that sets out how we collect, store and use our users' data. No data is shared for commercial purposes without your consent.
Fund management
Funds collected on Happy Pot are held securely until they are transferred. They are used solely in the context of running the platform and in accordance with the applicable regulatory framework.
Once applicable service fees have been deducted, the funds are made available to the pot creator, who can then choose to receive them by bank transfer or, where available, convert them into a gift card.
