🏡 About the dream

Warm Pine Place will be a small eco-homestead surrounded by pine trees — a calm, pet-friendly space where people and dogs can live, rest, and reconnect with nature.

It’s not a hotel or a business — it’s a home that welcomes others.

The property will be located within 150–200 km from Warsaw, on a 1,600–2,500 m² forest plot (0.16–0.25 ha) with natural pine trees and open space for community life.

🌿 What I want to build

This project isn’t about production or profit — it’s about community, care, and slow living. Weekends will bring brunches under the pines. Guests will be able to stay overnight, camp, or join small gatherings — yoga mornings, creative workshops, or simply quiet time in nature.

The house

An eco modular home of about 120 m², designed for simple, conscious living.

It will include:

• 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms

• an open kitchen-living area

• a pantry and utility room

• a small garage and parking space for 1–2 cars

• a terrace overlooking the forest

Around the house

The surrounding land will be organized into functional, natural zones:

• 🌱 Greenhouse (4×6 m) and raised garden beds (4×6 m) for seasonal vegetables, herbs, and berries.

• 🐔 Chicken coop for 10–12 hens — enough eggs for weekend brunches (≈60 per week).

• 🐾 Dog-sitting area for 4–5 dogs, with a safe fenced space for free play.

• ⛺ Camping zone for up to 3 tents and one small camper.

• 🔥 Fire pit and outdoor lounge area for slow evenings under string lights.

• 🧖‍♀️ A small sauna (for 4 people) and a simple wood-storage shed.

In the future, I plan to add 1–2 small modular guest houses for short stays (1–4 guests each), keeping everything quiet and intentionally small.

💚 Funding & costs

After researching the market and available options, I estimate that bringing Warm Pine Place to life will require:

🌲 buying a piece of land with pine trees — around 150,000 PLN

🏡 building an eco modular home (up to 100 m²) — from 600,000 PLN

Because we all need somewhere quiet.

A place where we can slow down, breathe deeply, and feel connected — to nature, to animals, to each other.

Warm Pine Place will be that kind of space:
