Je m'appellw Celeste je lute depuis plusiwurs année avec difficulté de santé j"ai passe pour 15 cirourgie et sous ppeu un autre dans le lombaire.

J'ai 49 ans jái des protheses dans mes 2 genoux dans le cervical disquea aussi dans le lombaire 3 clous aux pied droit, un neurostimulateur dans la vessie et jai pas de corde vocal .

Depuis quelques anée je depend du service social en attendant la liberation de mon AI . Rien que cette année 2025 je suos a ma 7éme cirurgie avec des graves alergie aux antibiotiques et plusieurs infections de prothese du genoud gauche j'plus de trompe ni uterus ni ovaire ey mon ventre est rempli de varices pelviennes je vie dans un appartement 3 etages sans ascensseur.

J"ai un reve de pouvoir voyagwr pour Israel un Join avec une caravanne . Depuis plusowurs annees que jai une vie limité entre hopital et centre de reeducation et jai pas le moyens de payer ce voyage et j"ai besoin de vius pour realiser ce reve et pouvoir un peu m'evader de ce milieu hospitalier .Et cette aide sera precieux car ce que je touche du service social ne sufit mwmw pas pour lessentiel. Sortie dun mariage de 22 ans de abus et violence ne pouvant plus travailler a cause de ma santé tout aidw est bien venue

What are the different ways of ending a Pot?

Choose the option that suits you best:

Target date: Set an end date for your fundraising. Contributors can make donations up to this specific date. You can change this date at any time to extend your collection. This allows you to plan fundraising for events or projects with a fixed deadline.
The Pot never ends: Keep your Pot open indefinitely, ideal for ongoing or long-term collections. Happy Pot adapts to your needs! This choice is particularly suitable for ongoing or long-term Pot raising, offering maximum flexibility for receiving donations at any time. You can request partial refunds of Pots collected at any time using your administration space, while keeping your Pot active.

Can I request several bank transfers without closing the Pot ?

Yes, at any time you can request partial or full payment of your Happy Pot balance without having to close the Pot.

How can I withdraw funds from my Pot?

To request payment of the balance (partial or full) of your Pot, follow these simple steps:

Log in to your account.
Click on "My Pots".
Select the desired Pot and click on "Request payment".
Validate your identity by clicking on "Start verification" (this process only needs to be carried out once per account).
Fill in your bank details.
Click on "Request payment" .
You will receive confirmation by e-mail and payment will be made within 1 to 5 working days, depending on your bank.
