My name is Rajitha Dharmasiri, and I’m from Sri Lanka. I’m reaching out today with a heavy heart because I’m going through one of the most difficult times in my life.
For the past two months, I’ve been struggling just to manage my daily expenses. I owe LKR 110,000 on my credit card and another LKR 40,000 to a local shop. My monthly salary is only LKR 75,000, and after paying bills, there is almost nothing left to cover these debts or basic needs like food and transport.
I’ve tried my best to manage everything on my own, but right now I’m under huge financial and mental pressure. Every day feels heavier, and I’m finding it harder to stay positive. I’m not asking for luxury — only for enough help to clear my urgent debts and get a fresh start.

Can I request several bank transfers without closing the Pot ?
How can I withdraw funds from my Pot?
- Log in to your account.
- Click on "My Pots".
- Select the desired Pot and click on "Request payment".
- Validate your identity by clicking on "Start verification" (this process only needs to be carried out once per account).
- Fill in your bank details.
- Click on "Request payment" .
- You will receive confirmation by e-mail and payment will be made within 1 to 5 working days, depending on your bank.
