😎 It's interesting that time flys by. I remember that we just got the tools into the lab. Drove out a few times to work on the power, since the breakers had been flipped last time the engineers we're out working on the CVD equipment to go down into the vault.
We just got things somewhat staged, wanted to go out and clean the lab from dust. Get all the generators tested with the HVAC. The guy who owns the building doesn't have great legs, so I'm like David we will get it working. We just need the keys to the building so we can continue to work. I know everyone was always on the edge when driving out the lab. It was out near Whitesands, NM.
Later we leave things somewhat left behind, waiting on incentives and investors so we could get things fully running outside the pilot.
One day I get a call from ROB, that the lab got broken into. Someone broke the vault door, took all the copper from the power pole into the breaker-box. They ended up taking all the breakers, transformers, and distillation system for making clean water for hydrogen to make nano-thin films.
I watched the video's of the damage in aww, my dreams now fading faster than a cookie in milk. That it would be very hard to rebuild this all over again without $200K-$1m. The thief's we're up the elevator shaft with the batteries on the cart. We could no longer afford the insurance policies, I was self funding the project the whole time. All my life investment and hardwork just got shattered.
I work so hard to keep my customer's in tune with policy changes, improvements for grants and IRA incentives to help fast-track PPA's and Microgrids we are developing as an EPC. We need to obtain a backlog of work to get some traction with our brand development and securing our future workload of opportunities across the globe.
I wanted to do this 16 years ago to be exact, we once started with the lab in NM and had the equipment staged from the relocation of our CVD UV E-beam system. At that time we had barely strapped together cash to get the lab tools sourced from a lab that nearly gone broke too. They wanted to produce carbon-nano tubes and nano thin-films.
Back 5 years ago before we had started all this NanoXSolar - NXS Technologies inc. We had everything under J4 Technology Group, EPC data centers, vaults and cloud migrations for large contracts and DoD. Then as we started to brand our other efforts, we had a project name called Gemini ie for GuideStar II for the future of what's in the universe. Our goal was to grow diamond optics, wafers, and thin film service for lasers, processing of materials and manufacturing. During the time of transferring our business ventures over to Colorado after the Los Lunas, NM project land didn't work out with the economic development and power co backing out on the PPA for development. We had someone break into the lab, they stole the copper off the power pole, breakers and transformers, plus up the elevator shaft with the batteries loaded on the cart.
Upon inspection after the dream job being destroyed, we just realized that this would kill the project's scalability. Have to regroup and rebuild the equipment. We had no insurance, I couldn't afford the marine policy as I had to cancel due to payments going on my credit card that I could barely afford. My safety was no longer valid.
At that time we had a future idea for foundries and net-zero manufacturing. Most of the idea's we're concepts at the time. I know during our circulation of our project plans and pitch decks over to Mr. Musk and Mr. Buffet around 9 years ago exactly; the same year my daughter was born a Gemini. It was also our in house project name "Gemini Project". At the time we had the vision of creating diamond wafers for PV, semi, and optics. It seemed like diamond glass was the future, using diamond roadways and BIPV. We wanted to setup manufacturing in the desert. Why use expensive land. We looked at PV and CSP sites "Primm" was an integrated prospect to net-zero and glass/nano material manufacturing.
Then we had negotiated our project to go first in USA for a one of a kind factory, at that time in 2020. Later that year USA experienced a swift rise in new projects, until the war happened. I wanted to start a community project and work hard during covid. While most of the people wanted to check out of work and be with family in the times of uncertainty.
Our plan was to team up with advanced scientist and create aerospace grade materials. If it's aerospace grade diamond "Aragonite sand" solar glass, HJT next-gen PV Cells and ASSB solid state SMD batteries; then it's superb for commercialization as we start to push out the current gen and legacy technologies that got installed under BIDEN's agenda. All 320 projects, will cast a lifeline, die in the shadows and play the pricing wars of price per watt. While China undercuts the LCOE cost for global adoption.
Our goal was to create the mid-stream feed stock traceability for batteries, solar and glass. This would allow us to have raws into end products. Creating an international trade relations with the Canadians of the North will help for Battery graphene to reduce the cost of goods for raws to add incentives to help create the price point for natural graphite to replace carbon black that is predominantly use in most battery cell manufacturing, plus the logistics to ship it is more expensive than the product with tariffs blocking the trade supply. Our goal is to provide offtakes for cell manufactures to provide them with a sustainable trade agreement for nano-materials from North America. As we attempt to rescale manufacturing in this country. SiO2 at 97.83~99.76 allows us to seek trade supply for glass, due to the location we would need to create a glass factory. The other option is to open trade desk with Mississippi silicon for traceable materials in USA. This is the bottleneck in USA, no EAF available to make nano-materials from 38MW (8x) of power per furnace. New factory has to get built with a full All in ONE foundry like Viridis.iq, CETC, Linton, Jinchen, ATW, SORG, HEGLAS.
The sustainable method to creating nano-materials is through plasma microwave torch making diamond like carbon for battery nano-materials, carbon nano tubes (SWCNT/MWCNT) and graphene.
At NanoXSolar we are here to produce the nano-materials and help expand the next-gen processes for Ai enable Net-Zero Foundries. We look forward to sharing our vision. We have a team of professionals from NASA, SK and working with private industry on material research, trade and international relations.
Now I'm here with a free building, land, offtake for our first project and trying to obtain those panels from a co-manufacturer to help make our first batch of panels. We found 4GW of HJT German PV Cells, then our supplier is ramping up production in NY. Our goal is to become fully integrated module like for PV and Battery ESS storage. We want to use localized vendors, design our own tooling lines and create the future foundries for globalized adoption of Ai enabled manufacturing. The goal is to develop these foundries without gov't incentives, we have reduced the cost to greenfield a project. Let's share this opportunity with the world and localize manufacturing. Why do we have to source and ship input raw feedstocks from half way around the world. This is the future of robotics foundries.
Please allow us to get what we need for obtaining the bridge loan non-recourse and inventory for the C&I and DoD projects at NanoXSolar. Our team has worked to design 22-44GW factories for SK and we designed our own ingot pullers, PV print line tools for a full automated production pilot foundry. 144 patents around nano-materials, cells, battery cells, and storage tech. The goal is to hire a seasonal CEO and Solar industry entrepreneur up for the challenge to lead a factory as CEO of our PV Business Unit Operations at NanoXSolar from the interim VPP/PM role she will take once we obtain the capital to employ those from within our circles of friends and peers.

I feel like my dreams of doing anything big for this planet had to start with doing the art of impossible!
