Hello,my name is pavithra niroshani.and i am hoping this will become the miracle needed to not only make the final days my husbund.has left on this earth more comfortable but maybe let his check off a buckelist wish as well.my husbbund is namal and about 6 monthis ago we found out he has (pulmonary arterial hypertension) withe acure chronic heart failure.worst day of our lives or so we thought.were both scard and not sure what to really expect moveing forard and as time went on we lerned more and more about this disease.understanding this was a very dangerous illness.we wery hopeful that with treatment we could possibly see afar more significant qualit of life as well as longevity.people with this same diagnos is were living years some 20 years we felt we would naturally be afforded the same general out come as many other people seemed to be aving we were wrong! Namal seemend to not only get worse day by day but the amount of symptoms he was terrfying,he has also started having symptoms of something that was in the realm of he disease but more significant and in a much shorter time frame than anyone else we could find to compare he progression to.new we do have the worst day of our lives,we learn that not only will the years we thought we would have left are notpossible but months are looking like the most likely best case scenario, andits so possible its almost likely that we're looking at a couple of weeks at best.well the lung diseaseputs strain on the heart and over time was supposed to weaken the heart with the expected sympotoms making life more difficult and eventually impossible.namal heart has not responded well at all.in the last 3 month he has progressed more than some one with the same disease normally suffocating,he has with classd heartfailure.he not only has acquired every symptom they are extremely severe and aggressive.i wach my husbund die more and more every day.he is 39 years old.we have been married going on 10 years and have 2 kids.dr.samith on the last trip we should consider hospice and that being with family at home is what he recommends.bouble lung and heart transplant is he heart surley will not make it long enough to even possibly entertain it as a real possibility.my husbund will die from this and its becomesoaggressive and severe we knowour goodbyes could come really at any moment aware that a person could feel so he helpess, the pain and the heart break.i feel cannot be described in words.i cannot belive that i am going to have to bury.my best frind, mylover,my husbund my absolute everything.the last 6 months as expected namal has been a amazing father to our kids.he has been a amazing husbund,an amazing friend,he is generous, and loving.he genuine and i love he more than he will ever know, given the chance i would morry he over and over given the chance to live this ride again.i would love nothing more than to make he last days he more comfortable with mobility such as a electric scooter, and abed that props he up right so he can breather to sleep to make he suffering less period would be the most appreciated gift and blessing.
