My name is Dilini, and I am 29 years old. My mom and I have been alone since my father passed away in 2003. For many years we have lived in a small rented house, but now the owner wants it back. We don’t have our own home, and I feel scared about where we will go next.

I have a sickness called ulcerative colitis since 2009, and it cannot be cured. My mother, who is 58 years old, is also sick with diabetes and high blood pressure, but she still works hard sewing clothes to support us. I work in a garment factory, but our income is not enough for rent, medicine, or daily needs.

Sometimes I feel hopeless, but I still dream of a small home where my mom can rest peacefully. If someone can help me find a job abroad, I will work hard to build a better life for us. Any little help means the world to me. Thank you for your kindness and for caring. 💔
