An appeal for help
I am Kosala Kumarasinghe, a loving father and a Sri Lankan citizen, reaching out for support in a time of great need. I was diagnosed with a high-grade glioma, a type of brain tumor, and underwent surgery followed by radiation therapy two years ago. Unfortunately, the tumor has recurred, and I require another surgery to survive.
The estimated cost of the surgery is $10,000, a sum that has become insurmountable for me. I have already sold my car, our family property, and exhausted all means to raise funds for my treatment. My children's education has suffered as a result, and I fear for their future if I am unable to provide for them.
As a father, it pains me to ask for help, but I am compelled to do so for the sake of my family. Your contribution, no matter how small, will go a long way in helping me undergo this critical surgery and ensuring my children receive the education they deserve.
I would be grateful for any support in the form of donations or guidance on how to navigate this challenging time. Your kindness and generosity will be a beacon of hope for my family.

How can I withdraw funds from my Pot?
- Log in to your account.
- Click on "My Pots".
- Select the desired Pot and click on "Request payment".
- Validate your identity by clicking on "Start verification" (this process only needs to be carried out once per account).
- Fill in your bank details.
- Click on "Request payment" .
- You will receive confirmation by e-mail and payment will be made within 1 to 5 working days, depending on your bank.
