Stage 1: Secure Land Near My Child’s School – $19,000

My name is Buddhika, and I am 36 years old. My wife and I are both working hard to support our family. We have two children, and our elder son is currently attending school.

At the moment, we live in my wife’s parents’ house, which belongs legally to her brother, who works in abroad. When he returns, we will not have a place to stay.

Our first goal is to secure a small piece of land near my son’s school, costing approximately $19,000 for 15 perches. This will allow him to stop traveling 50 km every day and reduce daily transport costs.

Stage 2: Build the Basic Foundation & Walls – $20,000

After purchasing the land, our next step is to construct the foundation and walls. This will create a safe and stable structure for our family to live in while continuing to save for finishing touches.

Every donation, big or small, will help us move one step closer to giving our children a safe and secure home.

Stage 3: Roof & Finishing – $26,000

The final stage is to complete the roof, flooring, and basic finishing so the house is fully livable.

Once completed, we plan to legally hand over my wife’s parents’ current home back to her brother and move into our own home, ensuring their comfort and privacy.
