Dear friends,
My name is Sadegh, and I am raising funds for my beloved brother Ali. He suffers from a recurrent and deep-seated brain tumour (epidermoid cyst) and urgently needs another surgery.
Ali has already undergone four major brain surgeries, which placed a huge emotional and financial burden on our family. We have done everything possible to support him, but after covering the costs of these past operations, we can no longer manage this on our own.
In Iran, doctors can only offer open brain surgery with very limited equipment — a procedure carrying extremely high risks. After extensive consultations, we found hope in Germany. At Charité University Hospital in Berlin, Prof. Dr. Peter Vajkoczy, one of Europe’s leading neurosurgeons, and his team can perform the same open surgery but with state-of-the-art equipment, advanced monitoring systems, and specialised neurosurgical techniques. These improvements greatly reduce the risks and give Ali a real chance at recovery.
Ali is not only my brother — he is a passionate musician, whose music has brought joy and inspiration to many. Music is his life, and with your support, we can help ensure he continues to share it with the world.
The estimated cost for the surgery, hospital stay, and recovery is €135000. This is far beyond our family’s means after years of treatment, which is why we are turning to you.
