FAQ

Dear Sir/Madam,

I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience of this message. I am a citizen of Sri Lanka, 36 years old, named Geeth Madhushanka Rathnayaka. I do not come from a wealthy family; we are a normal, middle-class family. My father has passed away, and I live with my mother and younger brother.

I am writing this with complete honesty. I am not lying to seek help; I am explaining the true reason why I am in desperate need of assistance at this moment.

I used to run a small business and lived a happy life taking care of my family. Recently, I heard from someone about an "Online Business." They claimed it was a program where you invest money and complete tasks to earn profits. I started by investing about RS 7,500 (approx. $25). I received a small profit from it.

After that, I was told about a new "project" with packages starting from RS 400,000 (approx. $1,350). I invested my savings into it. While performing the tasks in the app, the system showed a "promotion" but then displayed a negative balance. To "clear" it and get my money back, I was told to deposit another RS 800,000 ($2,670). Desperate to recover my initial money, I pawned all the family gold jewelry in the bank and deposited that amount.

While continuing the tasks, it happened again. This time they asked for RS 1.6 million ($5,340). They assured me this happens rarely and wouldn't happen again. Under immense pressure, I borrowed money from everyone I knew, took an instant bank loan of RS 600,000, and took another RS 800,000 from a private lender at a 15% monthly interest rate.

Finally, while working on the app, another "box" was triggered, and they asked for RS 2.5 million more. I stopped there because I have no way to find more money.

I did not do this to become rich overnight. My brother’s wedding is in May 2026, and I wanted to find money for that and to settle my existing small debts. Instead, I have become a massive debtor. My mother is ill and knows nothing about this; I am terrified that telling her would worsen her health. I am paying a huge amount monthly just for interest.

I have always lived honestly. During the recent floods in Sri Lanka, I donated what I could to those in need because I know the pain of having nothing. I am now asking for help to settle these debts so I can live a normal life with my family again. I need approximately RS 3 million (about $10,000) to clear everything. I can provide all the transaction receipts as proof.
