I am writing this with a heavy heart but a glimmer of hope, seeking your support for a life-changing medical necessity. My name is pasan ranaweera ,and I have been diagnosed with Severe Scoliosis—a debilitating curvature of the spine that is progressively affecting my daily life.

What started as minor back pain has now transformed into a constant struggle. The curvature is not only causing persistent physical pain but is also starting to compress my internal organs, making it difficult to breathe and move freely. My doctors have advised that an Urgent Spinal Fusion Surgery is the only way to prevent permanent deformity and further health complications.
