Our temple located in Obeysekara Pura village, Rajagiriya is a small temple with limited facilities. Due to the social and economic problems that have arisen during the Covid period, and due to the youth turning to drugs, the relationship between the village and the temple is gradually becoming distant. A group of youth from the village have come together and started organizing religious programs every Poya day for about 05 months with the aim of bringing the people of the village back to the temple, and they will continue to do so under limited facilities and various difficulties. Since the sound system required for conducting religious programs in the temple has been in a non-functional state, a basic need has arisen to restore it.
