Obtaining assistance

I am a businessman for about fifteen years, I have a small business that manufactures and distributes a line of products for hair using natural herbs, but with the disasters that came to our country, my business was disrupted, but a few days before I was rebuilding, with the good weather that prevailed a few days ago, a large number of my customers were displaced from the water that was in our country, and I received from them for the goods that I had received for them. Checks have been bought and received but some business places have been washed away and businessmen have lost their lives in some business places and goods have been washed away in some places because of this they tell me that it is difficult for them to deposit the money in the bank for the checks they gave me. When I told them that the people who buy the raw materials and the companies that bought the raw materials are not able to deposit the money on that check date, they are not kind there. They say that it is not their responsibility but mine because of this, they are very helpless. If they are not able to give the money, they tell me to pay an interest amount of 15 percent on the value of the check monthly. Therefore, every income I receive from day to day is reduced to 100 percent for those checks. I now have no money to make my products there and also because this is my only source of income, my children's chewing activities at home have also collapsed. Some days I am unable to feed the triplets. But school starts on the 20th and I'm still not ready for it because every money I get from the business has to pay interest on the check books and cash the checks so I have to buy the raw materials for the business.
