Access to justice in Germany is increasingly out of reach for ordinary people.
Citizens without significant financial resources often cannot enforce their rights — even when their claims are valid, even when they have legal insurance, and even when they are willing to fight. The problem is not a lack of law, but a lack of practical access to it.
Our initiative works to change this.
We support individuals facing powerful opponents — insurers, landlords, corporations, and authorities — who are unable to find effective legal representation. In many cases, clients contact dozens or even hundreds of law firms without success. Legal disputes stall not because of merit, but because the system is closed, expensive, and structurally inaccessible.
What We Do
- Use AI-assisted legal tools to help people understand their rights and prepare court filings
- Collaborate with international lawyers and legal experts to overcome domestic capacity bottlenecks
- Support self-representation where no lawyer is willing or able to act
- Advocate for legal reform to open the German legal market and improve access to courts
Why Donations Matter
Donations are essential to:
- finance legal work for non-lucrative civil cases
- pay lawyers where volunteer work is not possible
- build and maintain AI-based legal assistance tools
- fund policy and advocacy work for long-term reform
- protect access to justice for people who would otherwise be excluded
This is not about attacking the legal profession.
It is about restoring balance, fairness, and trust in the rule of law.
Justice should not depend on income, connections, or endurance.
Your Impact
Your contribution helps ensure that:
- valid claims are not silenced by cost or gatekeeping
- courts remain accessible to everyone
- the rule of law works for citizens — not just institutions
Help us make German justice accessible again.
