Hallo ihr Lieben

Mein Name ist Leonie, ich bin 29 und lebe in der Schweiz.

Ich schreibe euch, weil ich gesehen habe, wie vielen Menschen ihr bereits in der Vergangenheit geholfen habt und ich toll finde was ihr tut.

Leider bin ich selbst gerade in einer verzweifelten Situation.

Seit Jahren geht mein Leben gefühlt den Bach runter und ich weiss nicht mehr weiter.

Ich habe bis im August immer 45 Stunden die Woche gearbeitet bis ich einen Unfall hatte mit einem schweren Schädel-Hirn-Trauma und mir wurde Ende des Jahres das Arbeitsverhältnis gekündigt. Das Jahr davor bin ich bereits mehrere Monate wegen extremen Rückenproblemen ausgefallen wo ich herausgestellt hat, dass ich einen Gleitwirbel in der LWS habe.

Eine Tick-Störung seit der Kindheit ausgelöst durch Ritalin gegen ADHS hat mir mein Leben zusätzlich sehr schwer gemacht.

Durch meine Kündigung habe ich nun einen grossen Einbruch im Gehalt und weiss nicht mehr wie ich meine Rechnungen zahlen soll. Ich leide mittlerweile zusätzlich an schweren Depressionen und hatte bisher immer Angst, selbst einen Spendenaufruf zu starten, da die Chancen sehr gering sind und ich gesehen habe, dass Leute die privat Hilfe brauchen oft mit viel Hass im Internet konfrontiert werden.

Ich weiss wie schwer es ist um Hilfe zu bitten aber ich weiss nicht weiter. Solange ich IV angemeldet bin (Erwerbsunfähig) kann ich nichts machen ausser abzuwarten wie es mit mir weitergeht. Ich bin erst 29 und fürchte um meine Zukunft.

Beruflich sind nun viele Möglichkeiten ausgeschlossen. Eine körperliche Tätigkeit fällt aufgrund von den Rückenproblemen und Lipödem Stadium 2 leider auch weg und in meinen gelernten Beruf oder einen mit einem ähnlichen stresslevel kann ich durch das Schädel-Hirn-Trauma mit postkom. Syndrom auch nicht zurück. Auch meine Ticks waren am Ende vor lauter Stress so schlimm. Ich habe es versucht diese tagsüber im Kundenkontakt zu unterdrücken und abends im Bett lag und teilweise über längere Aussetzer keine Luft bekommen habe (die Ticks verschliessen mir den Hals klingt wie ein sehr starkes Schluckauf mit quietschen zwischendurch).

Ich wünschte mir einfach nur mal eine Zeit in der ich mir keine ständige Sorge ums Geld machen müsste und mich darauf konzentrieren kann gesund zu werden…

Ich renne aktuell von Therapie zu Therapie aber nichts hilft wirklich. 😢 Ich weiss es ist viel verlangt aber ihr seid meine letzte Hoffnung ich weiss wirklich nicht weiter und wenn ihr mir helfen könntet wäre ich euch so unendlich dankbar 🖤

What are the different ways of ending a Pot?

Choose the option that suits you best:

Target date: Set an end date for your fundraising. Contributors can make donations up to this specific date. You can change this date at any time to extend your collection. This allows you to plan fundraising for events or projects with a fixed deadline.
The Pot never ends: Keep your Pot open indefinitely, ideal for ongoing or long-term collections. Happy Pot adapts to your needs! This choice is particularly suitable for ongoing or long-term Pot raising, offering maximum flexibility for receiving donations at any time. You can request partial refunds of Pots collected at any time using your administration space, while keeping your Pot active.

Can I request several bank transfers without closing the Pot ?

Yes, at any time you can request partial or full payment of your Happy Pot balance without having to close the Pot.

How can I withdraw funds from my Pot?

To request payment of the balance (partial or full) of your Pot, follow these simple steps:

Log in to your account.
Click on "My Pots".
Select the desired Pot and click on "Request payment".
Validate your identity by clicking on "Start verification" (this process only needs to be carried out once per account).
Fill in your bank details.
Click on "Request payment" .
You will receive confirmation by e-mail and payment will be made within 1 to 5 working days, depending on your bank.
