FAQ

My family is currently going through a very difficult time, and I’m reaching out in the hope that someone will understand our situation and offer support. We are in urgent need of a van. This isn’t just about transportation—it’s about survival and stability. Right now, we’re facing circumstances that feel like an ongoing evacuation. We have no safe or permanent place to stay, and a van could give us both shelter and mobility. It would be a base from which I could seek out work opportunities, help my family, and provide a sense of safety and continuity. More than just a vehicle, a van would give us the chance to move toward a more stable and hopeful future.

One of the most pressing reasons we need this help is my brother’s health. He is very ill and relies on medication that needs to be administered regularly. Without proper transportation, getting him to medical facilities or even picking up prescriptions becomes a daily struggle. A van would allow us to take care of his medical needs with more reliability and dignity. His well-being means everything to us, and I can’t bear the thought of him suffering because we lack the basic resources to care for him.

I also want to be able to provide for my family and bring back happiness and security to their lives. Every day, I wake up determined to find ways to support them. I believe that if we had a van, I could go out, look for odd jobs, sell goods, or offer services, and slowly build an income. I know I can find money if I have the means to reach the right places, meet people, and work hard. I’m not asking for luxury—just a chance. A vehicle would give me the opportunity to earn, support my loved ones, and work toward a better tomorrow.

My family’s happiness is what keeps me going. Their smiles, their hope, and their strength in the face of adversity are my greatest motivation. But lately, it’s been hard. We’re stretched thin emotionally and financially. The stress is affecting all of us, especially the children. They deserve a chance to feel normal, to go to school, to play, and to dream. I want to give them that. A van could be the beginning of that change—a mobile refuge where we can be together, where we can regroup, where we can plan our next steps and rebuild.

Please, if you’re reading this and can help in any way, know that it would mean the world to us. We are not giving up. We are holding on to hope and to each other. We just need a little help to get through this chapter and start anew. With a van, with the ability to move and care for my brother, and with the chance to work again—I truly believe we can rise. Thank you for listening and for caring.
