Dear friends,
My name is Olena. I live and work in Switzerland, and today I am using my position, my reputation, and the trust I have built here to ask for help for someone who means the world to me — my cousin Inna.
Inna was born in 1986. She is only 39 years old.
She is a loving mother of two children and a dedicated English teacher who has spent her life helping other children build their future.
She currently lives in Ukraine.
Today, she is fighting for her life.
Inna was diagnosed with carcinoma. She has already endured life-changing surgeries — both breasts and her ovaries were removed in order to stop the progression of the disease. The physical and emotional impact has been enormous.
But the fight is not over.
Her doctors in Ukraine have prescribed immunotherapy with Keytruda (pembrolizumab) — a modern treatment that offers real hope.
The cost of this therapy is approximately €38,000 per year, which is an unimaginable burden for a family already under immense pressure.
Because of her condition, Inna cannot work.
Her family is financially exhausted after surgeries and ongoing treatment. Living in Ukraine during such difficult times only adds further strain and uncertainty.
As her cousin, and as someone working in Switzerland, I feel a deep personal responsibility to support her. I am using my professional position and the credibility I have built here to organize this private fundraising initiative and ensure full transparency.
We are raising 10,000 CHF as the first urgent step toward covering the cost of her life-saving treatment.
All collected funds will be used exclusively for:
Immunotherapy (Keytruda)
Medical procedures and hospital expenses
Essential supportive treatment
Inna’s children still need their mother.
She still has so much life ahead of her.
Every donation — regardless of the amount — is not just financial support.
It is time. It is hope. It is a real chance for her to stay with her family.
If you cannot donate, sharing this page would already mean so much.
Thank you for your kindness, your trust, and your compassion.
With sincere gratitude,
Olena
