Work&Freedom is a project based on personal development and sustainable growth.

Dear Investor Member, I enthusiastically present my Business and Marketing Plan, a beneficial project designed to transform diverse markets through innovative, ethical, and client-centred methods.

We understand that, the success of funding does not depend only on figures, but also on the proposed vision, values, and objectives. Therefore, I want to bring the core values of Manager Viorel Nistor to the forefront.

My fundamental pillar in life for doing any good and useful work is true faith. My wise guide and benefactor is the Lord God Master.

The first essential factor in setting objectives is to be aware of the problems and needs of the people, to whom the solutions I offer are suitable. On that way, market research can be done to build the ideal client profile with useful and real data. The next stage, we identify the real purchase motives with benefits for clients, which align with our services and products. In an industry often perceived as superficial, the vision is a beacon of strong honesty and integrity.

The project's goal is to align objectives with the vision and personal moral values for the development of the business environment. This is based on good education and professional training for evolution with personal development and for the common good.

My marketing approach is founded on ethical principles, helping clients to develop, to better understand the value of our products and services, and to make informed decisions.

We do not just sell a product, but we offer a solution that improves the quality of businesses.

Business Growth based on good trust and with efficient methods focuses on building long-term relationships, generating sustained business growth. My competence ensures that every marketing decision is made with professionalism and a deep understanding of market dynamics.

This business plan represents not only a financial opportunity, but also a chance to support a vision that demonstrates that commercial success can coexist with responsibility and professional ethics. The requested funding of 2500 euro will be the spark that will allow us to expand this unique approach, multiplying the positive impact and the Manager's perspective.

About myself I can say that I have worked in various fields of activity such as: auto parts production, food products, logistics, commercial management where I faced challenges, difficulties, and successes. But these things did not bring me personal fulfilment or satisfaction.

Currently, at the age of 45, I consider my passion and great purpose to be personal and spiritual development. I wish to offer my help, through the knowledge of virtues and moral values, to interested people.

After one year of activity and earnings in accordance with the financial plan, I will donate 10-15% of the income to Social Centres for abandoned children and Social rehabilitation associations for young people addicted to drugs and alcohol.

I believe that my Business Plan, together with the innovative strategies, will guarantee the return of the investment and, more importantly, will contribute to the development of a more ethical and prosperous business environment.
