We urgently need your help to provide food for two innocent animals and ourselves, as well as to build a small house for us to live in.

I am a 52 year old woman facing very difficult circumstances. Recently, I underwent surgery, and because of my health condition, I am no longer able to work as I once did. My husband also suffers from a neurological disorder and arthritis. He is also not able to do a job. At the moment, we are staying at my brother’s house temporarily. Unfortunately, my situation there is unstable, as my brother’s family is pressuring us to leave, and I fear we may soon have nowhere to go.

Years ago, through hard work and dedication, I managed to buy a small piece of land with the little money I earned over time. That land is still in my name, and it represents hope for me. However, I do not have the financial means to build even a modest home on it. A simple, small house costs about $25,000 to build - an amount that is out of our current reach.

My greatest wish is to build a safe place where we can live in peace for the rest of our lives.

My stress is also compounded by the heartbreaking condition of the animals in my brother’s house. There is a dog suffering from canine distemper and a gentle, innocent cat. Sadly, both are neglected and not even fed. Both animals live outside the house in very dirty places. They are often left without food or proper care. Even though I was able to share the little food I had with them, I sometimes had to go without food to make sure they didn’t go hungry. As our situation worsens, I can no longer provide them with the food they need. Seeing their suffering and not being able to alleviate it breaks my heart.

My dream is simple yet deeply meaningful to me. I want to build a small home on my land where we can live peacefully and take care of these animals until the end of my life. They deserve kindness, love, and a safe place just as much as I do.
