Please Help Me Get Life-Saving Heart Surgery

My name is Shammie, I am 59 years old and work as a government officer. I am a heart patient, and on 23 November 2025 I was admitted to the government hospital with severe chest pain. The doctors told me that I need heart surgery as soon as possible.

At the government hospital, there is a waiting list of about 4 years for this surgery. I cannot wait that long because my condition is serious and delaying the operation could put my life at risk.

A private hospital can do the surgery much sooner, but the cost is about 6,500 CHF. I have managed to collect around 2,750 CHF from my savings and with help from friends and family. I still need about 3,750 CHF to be able to go ahead with the surgery.

My family situation makes it very hard to collect this money on my own:

• I am 59 years old and still working as a government officer, but my salary is not enough to cover this cost.

• I am a heart patient and already have ongoing medical expenses.

• My wife is also a heart patient, and she was paralyzed last month. She now needs special care and treatment.

• We have two children. Our elder son just got married last month, and our younger child is an undergraduate student. They both have their own responsibilities and are not in a position to fully support the cost of my surgery.

Because of all these reasons, I am kindly asking for your help.

I am trying to raise 5,000 USD to complete the amount needed for my heart surgery in a private hospital. Every contribution, no matter how small, will bring me closer to getting this life-saving treatment.
