Urgent Appeal for Financial Assistance for Life‑Saving Heart Surgery

Dear Sir / Madam,

My name is Savindu Dilshan, and I am writing to you from Sri Lanka with a humble and heartfelt request for help during the most difficult time my family has ever faced.

My beloved father recently suffered a severe heart attack. After urgent medical examinations, the doctors have informed us that he requires an immediate heart bypass surgery. According to the medical advice we have received, this operation must be performed within the next four to five days in order to save his life.

The estimated cost of this life‑saving surgery, including hospital care and medicines, is approximately LKR 1,800,000 (18 lakhs). Unfortunately, this amount is far beyond our financial capacity. Despite our best efforts, we are unable to raise such a large sum in such a short period of time.

My father is the heart of our family — a loving parent who has worked hard all his life to care for us. Watching him fight for his life while knowing that money stands between him and survival is an unbearable pain for us.

With great humility, I kindly ask for your financial support or assistance, in any amount you are able to offer. Every contribution, no matter how small, will bring us one step closer to saving my father’s life. If you are unable to help financially, we would also be deeply grateful if you could share our appeal or keep us in your prayers.

Your kindness and compassion at this critical moment could give my father a second chance at life and give our family hope when we need it most.
