Stickin it to the man!

Our terrible apartment complex has decided entirely on their own that they 'no longer provide mail keys to residents, you can get one at the post office'. Yet, the post office says the apartments havent put in the proper paperwork for us to be able to do so, so the post office says no luck. So we go back to the apartments, 'hey what the hell'. 'We did it, its not our problem anymore, talk to the post office' and so it went back and forth. Its been nearly three full months now, and literally nothing.

The problem with all of that is that I use Instacart to make money, as well as wanting to receive mail from relatives and jobs, and etc, and since i cant access my mailbox, I can do none of these things. I cant mail a new instacart payment card, my apartment as a whole cant receive mail from literally anyone, and honestly I could have missed jury duty over this.

Im hoping to get a little money to fix the few issues with my car, and to pay my neighbors to use their mailbox without issue.
