My wife and daughter have left me because I have no home.

Sir/Madam, my wife and I have a 2-year-old daughter. I built a house. But I do not own the land. The land belongs to my father and mother. My mother and wife always have conflicts. My mother scolds and beats my wife and 2-year-old daughter. My wife filed a complaint with the police. The police told me to rent a separate house. I cannot go to court because of my mother. For the past 3 years, my daughter and wife have been suffering. My mother threatened to take my 2-year-old daughter and leave the house. I took a loan from the rural bank to build this house. I have to pay the loan installment to the bank of Rs. 30,000 per month, and I also have to buy food and household necessities for my daughter and wife. I also lived in coolie houses. Also, due to financial problems, I mortgaged my wife's jewelry to the bank and borrowed money. The interest on that loan is about Rs. 17,000 per month. I don't have money to rent a house, buy a separate plot of land or even build a room. My wife and I were under stress.
