Att öppna vår bilservicestation i Aluthgama, Sri Lanka har varit en långvarig dröm. Men på grund av den pågående ekonomiska situationen i Sri Lanka, regulatoriska utmaningar, leveransbegränsningar och kontinuerliga störningar i branschen utanför vår kontroll har vår öppning försenats avsevärt. Medan vi väntar på slutgiltiga drifttillstånd och stabila leveransförhållanden fortsätter kostnaderna att ackumuleras.

Från byggstarten tills öppningsgodkännandet är klart måste vi fortsätta att täcka oundvikliga fasta kostnader, inklusive:

• Fastighetsleasing och underhåll

• Kostnader för allmännyttiga tjänster och driftsberedskap

• Kostnader för service och efterlevnad av utrustning

• Personalförberedelser och administrativa kostnader

Dessa oväntade förseningar har skapat ekonomisk press på verksamheten trots att vi är fullt redo att betjäna samhället.
