Startup Spareparts business - need support

I'm a Srilankan currently based in the UAE. I have been employed related to Apparel manufacturing industry since year 2000 to 2019. Started my career as a junior executive and escalated to the senior management role (COO) timely with performance and experience.

Since I was a victim of COVID pandemic who got caught for layoff I moved in to the UAE at the same time looking for opportunities. Not being so lucky, my hunt wasn't successful. Instead, decided to invest in a restaurant business which also failed as it was a bad period for all businesses.

Having the responsibility of two young daughters and the family back at home I was compelled to do odd jobs and make the living. I started to operate as a sparepart sourcing agent for many clients and workshops.

This has now opened me a new window for the future. Being engaged in this for almost 5 years now, I have managed to create great sourcing channels and a network strengthening my supply chain.

During my last couple of visits back to Srilanka, I have identified an opportunity in the vehicle sparepart industry, to operate a retail warehouse/ shop. The demand is great and there is a huge vacuum. I have managed to identify the demand and I have great source of supplies.

Having a tight financial condition in UAE and with the limited income I have not been able to accumulate sufficient funds for investment. I have worked out the required cost for retail inventory, logistics, taxes, warehousing and machinery (rental) cost to expedite this business.

With my current financial instability I need to plan a solid source of income to secure my kids future. Therefore I decided to come out requesting support.

I expect to get support from a generous party willing to support, in this forum. Further, I'm willing to offer partnership, planned ROI with a rebate, if it sounds good.

It's a kind request for a helping hand which can also be a beneficial offer for both parties.
