Hello everyone,
As a young 26-year-old scholarship student, I adopted two wonderful cats over 11 years ago. They are my children and two of the beings I love most in the world.
A few months ago, several illnesses were diagnosed in Tigrou - affectionately known as Gordo. He was indeed diagnosed with hyperthyroidism and diabetes, but we also found a mass attached to his pancreas, which requires further examination at the animal hospital.
He has also lost nearly 5kg since the beginning of his various illnesses.
I was fortunate, at the start of treatment and diagnosis, to have had insurance that I had been paying for years, at Fr. 500.00 per year, which helped me pay for his care. Unfortunately, this insurance no longer covers most treatments, including Tigrou's future medications and operations.
His care costs me several hundred francs per month, between medications, special food, etc., and he recently underwent an operation that I have not yet been able to pay for, at Fr. 900.00.
This is far from over, but with only the income from my scholarship, which is very limited, I will soon run out of funds and do not know what I will be able to do at that time.
I am starting to despair and have had the idea to turn to you to seek financial help for my dear Tigrou.
This cat is truly the most adorable in the world, and I hope some of you will wish to help and contribute to his recovery.
I sincerely thank you and wish you all the best.
