This fundraiser is linked to the Bartoli case, involving Lucia Bartoli, mother of two children, and their father, fashion designer Philipp Plein.

Lucia Bartoli is currently involved in a complex legal and administrative process concerning her parental rights and the well-being of her children. As in many custody and parental rights cases, the situation raises serious questions about access to justice, procedural fairness and the protection of children’s rights.

I am travelling to Switzerland to support this case directly on the ground, because these matters cannot be handled from a distance.

From 9 to 13 December, I will be in Ticino to personally submit three formal dossiers related to the Bartoli case. These files document concerns regarding child protection, parental rights and procedural irregularities, and must be delivered in person to ensure they are properly registered and reviewed by the relevant authorities.

I will also travel to Geneva to submit additional supporting documentation and to initiate contact with international organisations, as the Bartoli case goes beyond a purely local matter and raises broader issues of child rights and parental access that deserve international attention.

This journey is undertaken independently, without institutional backing or external funding. All costs related to travel, accommodation, legal consultations, local transportation and administrative filings are necessary to ensure that the Bartoli case is followed seriously and that the required steps are taken correctly.

Funds raised through this HappyPot will be used exclusively to cover these concrete expenses and to allow the process to move forward without delay.

Throughout this mission, I will document each step to ensure transparency and accountability, and to show that mothers and children involved in complex custody cases should not be left to navigate these systems alone.
